Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original luxury packaging, including all protective cases and cleaning cloths, to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
